Cryptobiotic

Cryptobiotic was formed February of 1998 and played our first show out Memorial weekend of that year. We have been playing hard since that time in Salt Lake City, Utah and surrounding states. We are dedicated to creating badass original music that we enjoy playing. Every member of our band has different attributes that make our music unique and powerful.
We completed our first album the spring of 1999. We recently completed a 6
song digitally enhanced compilation with friends Jezus Rides a Riksha. We are also featured on Salt Lake Radio Station DJ “Fatguy’s” compilation “Feel the Scene” with 11 other local bands. We plan on releasing our second album Spring of 2002.
We practice at DOWNTOWN music in Salt Lake City, the home of the local music front in the state of Utah. Downtown is where a lot of other cutting edge bands are setting the standard and are trying to put Utah on the map. Check out or links page. Bands supporting Bands is not a concept but a reality that ensures a level of exposure not easily attained. The concept is GLOBAL.
We also try to support out-of-state bands trying to spread out of their local area.
